Curb bits
Curb bits are bits with a shank, with leverage or gag effect, for strong horses. Fager has various Curb bits to choose from depending on the feeling you want from the bit. Kimblehook bits and Pelham bits are bits with leverage, which is good for horses that can get strong, high in the neck, and unstable. Beval bits, 2,5 ring bits, and gag bits are bits with elevating effects; these are better for horses that can get strong, heavy, and stiff. Fager also has Icelandic shanks.
